But as you might have read or heard, most fad diets do not work unless you work 'em. That's, you can read an article or menu or recipe on how to get rid of fat swiftly, can adhere to the protocol, and can lose some pounds. But you can also expect (if you do not stay on a healthy life-time food plan or if you use quirky diets for only a short time period) to gaining the weight back, normally gaining more weight than you began with in your pre-diet days, and you increase the risk of doing serious damage to your-self.
I am not a medical practitioner. I am not a nutritional expert. But I am a woman in my mid-forties who THOUGHT she was always a fat kid, fat teen, and fat young adult.
